FAQs

Questions?
We've Got Straight Answers.

No roofing jargon — just clear answers about how we work, what we cover, and what to expect. If you don't see your question, reach out and ask.

How do I know whether I need roof repair or replacement?

It depends on the source and extent of the damage, the roof system, its overall condition, and whether a repair can reasonably address the problem. We inspect first, then explain the options and why we recommend one over another.

Do you provide roof inspections?

Yes — and our inspections are free. Contact us to schedule one and we'll give you a straightforward look at the roof's condition with a plain-English summary.

Can you help after a monsoon or windstorm?

Yes. We can inspect for visible storm-related damage, document our observations, and recommend next steps. If you suspect an immediate safety issue — water near electrical fixtures, a bulging ceiling, or an unsafe structure — stay clear of the area and contact the proper emergency service first.

Do you work with insurance claims?

We can inspect the roof and provide documentation of our observations that you can share with your insurer. Coverage decisions and claim approval rest with your insurance carrier, so questions about coverage should be directed to them or a licensed insurance professional.

How quickly can you inspect my roof?

Availability changes with the season and after major storms. Call (480) 420-4939 or submit the form, and a member of our team will follow up within 24 hours with the earliest available appointment.

What types of roofing do you work on?

We work with tile, shingle, flat and low-slope, foam, and metal roofing systems, for both residential and commercial properties. Send us the property address and any photos you have, and we can confirm whether we're the right fit.

How long does a roof replacement take?

It varies based on roof size, system, weather, material availability, permitting, and project complexity. We provide a project-specific timeline before work begins and communicate if conditions require an adjustment.

Will you clean up after the project?

Yes. Site cleanup is part of our process. We review the work area at completion and address project-related debris in the agreed scope.

Do you offer financing?

Yes — financing options are available for qualified customers. Ask us for current terms and eligibility details.

Are you licensed and insured?

Our Arizona ROC license and insurance details are being finalized for this page. Ask us directly and we'll share current license and coverage information.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Phoenix, Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe, Scottsdale, Queen Creek, and surrounding Valley communities, with availability for projects across Arizona. Contact us with the property location to confirm service.

Still Have a Question?

You don't have to diagnose the roof before calling. Tell us what you've noticed, and we'll help you figure out the next step.
